- Edward Villella (New York City ballet star) with partner - dance to "This Guy's in Love with You" and "Promises, Promises." The performance of "Promises...Promises" was shot in a studio full of musicians and back-up singers. And there were shots of Edward Villela dancing with his partner.

Notes
- "The Sound of Burt Bacharach" won Emmys for Dwight Hemion and Peter Matz, the show's director and musical director, respectively. 
- "Promises...Promises" was from the musical of the same title, which was based on the movie "The Apartment." Bacharach wrote the music for "Promises...Promises" and the lyrics were done by Neil Simon.
